This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. Our hosting provider processes technical information, such as IP addresses, for a short period to deliver the website securely and protect it against abuse.
Information we collect
- When you contact us: your name, contact details, organisation and anything you include in your message.
- Partners, customers and suppliers: business contact details and the information needed to quote, deliver, invoice and support our work, or to set up and manage supplier accounts.
How and why we use it
- To respond to enquiries and take steps you ask for before entering a contract (legitimate interests and contract).
- To provide our services and manage accounts (contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records and meet other legal obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting and accounting providers, and with professional advisers or authorities where the law requires. Our providers act on our instructions and protect the information appropriately. Where information is processed outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years unless it leads to an order. We keep customer, supplier and financial records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.

You have the right to request access to, correction or erasure of your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To make a request, email info@benneman.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), although we would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
